Studio Technique & Radial Expansion:
1. Cut out the 5.5" circular disk below from dark heavyweight paper.
2. Fold into 8 radial wedges (45° sectors) or trace along each spoke axis.
3. Reflection vs. Rotation: Choose whether each arc cutout mirrors outward along its tangent or rotates sequentially around the perimeter.
4. Optional 2.5D Relief: Score internal radial lines with a bone folder and fold upward at 45° to cast dynamic cast shadows.
